    Hello I agree with Visan. Modern THA techniques are very different than before. I dont think you can get a reproducible or a predictable effect with f.iliaca block. I prefer doing something thats more precise raather than do an unreliable technique. What else can we expect when you instill local anesthetic solution in the sheath and hope it spreads to the nerve- to all the required nerves!!! pure fantasy and incredibly lucky if you get a good result everytime.
