I recently started to add sciatic block ( anterior approach ) to femoral block, both single shots with PCA initiated when pain starts, we started giving intrathecal morphine to selected patients to compare with PCA, generally the results are promising.

Is femoral block alone enough fir post-op analgesia? For me is not enough, what about you, what can be supplemented to improve the post-op care?
